The T-Mobile myTouch has just dropped with Android 2.2, video calling and HSPA+. The video calling comes to fruition thanks to the front-facing camera that lets you dial up visual conversations over WiFi or 3G using Qik. Other features include a higher-res screen (than the old myTouch 3G) at 3.8″ and 800 x 480 resolution, a 1Ghz Snapdragon CPU, and 5MP rear camera that will also do 720p video.

NETGEAR and Ericsson have put their heads together to make us a 3G router called the NETGEAR MBRN3300E 3G Mobile Broadband Router with internal 3G radio.
the MBRN3300 combines a 3G WAN with 802.11n wireless and Ethernet LAN and there is no lack of speed since it boasts 270 Mbps on the wireless LAN side and a full-featured firewall to maintain a secure network.

Lenovo has knocked out the worlds first hybrid notebook the IdeaPad U1 at CES 2010. IdeaPad U1 embodies two totally separate stand alone devices rolled into one.
The IdeaPad U1 is really more of a netbook size with a screen size at 11.6 inches, but weighs in at a hefty 3.8lbs. The system boasts an HD LED screen and runs Windows 7. The two separate devices are said to function seamlessly when connected together and when disjointed processes are uninterrupted.
Release the1.6 pound multitouch screen from the top cover panel and the IdeaPad U1 becomes a handheld slate tablet device with a powerful ARM processor, running Lenovo’s customized Skylight operating system and 3G wireless capabilites.
