The Panasonic HDC-SDT750 is a 3D camcorder that employs a 3D conversion lens in addition to a standard 2D lens capable of recording 1080p video in AVCHD format. When capturing 3D video, however, the SDT750 captures left and right images at 960 x 1080 resolution, which makes for a less-than-HD experience.
The SDT750 should be available in October 2010 at an initial retail price of $1399.

Panasonic has been on a roll lately by spilling beans on the weekend before major product releases. This weekend’s victim was the Panasonic HDC-SDT750 3D camcorder, which is geared toward more toward consumers.
Supposed specs include 1080p AVCHD video at 60fps and image stabilization.
The official announcement is said to be later this week, so stay tuned for the full details once the camera is officially out the door.
