Steve Ballmer, Microsoft CEO, is on the hook to deliver the preshow keynote address to kick off the International CES 2012. Ballmer’s address is scheduled for 6:30 p.m., Monday, January 9, in the Venetian. In the past Microsoft has unveiled major products on this stage such as the Xbox.
