Apple Introduces iLife ’11

by Eric on October 21, 2010

Along with the new MacBook Air family, Apple has updated its signature consumer-media suite to iLife ’11.  As you may know, the iLife ’11 suite continues with the three core media-creation progams,  iPhoto, iMovie and GarageBand, with each getting workflow tweaks that will hopefully make your life smoother.  Additional tweaks are also found in new versions of iWeb and iDVD.

Of particular interest are the new and improved audio editing controls in iMovie ’11, which is more than welcomed for those who have had the misfortune of trying to work with audio tracks in iMovie ’09 projects.

iLife ’11 will ship with all new Macs, and runs $49 for those who want to upgrade.
